An LLB topper from Delhi University, an M.B.A. - Gold Medal from Institute of Management Studies (University of Indore) and a B. Tech - Silver Medal from NIT, Alok Sanghi is not only an academician par excellence, but also the knowledge powerhouse of Francorp consulting team as well. With an absolute command over diverse aspects of Indian laws such as Negotiable Instruments Act 1938, Company Law 1956, Criminal Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, Property Law, Cyber Law etc, he is the major force behind Franchise Group’s multifaceted initiatives such as JVs, Merger & Acquisitions, Legal Consultancy, Principal to Principal & Process contracts and adept in drafting various legal documents like notices, plaints, written statements, affidavits, contracts, rejoinders, etc.

With prior experience as Legal Head in various reputed organizations, Alok has garnered extensive experience in Drafting of Franchise, Lease, License, M.O.U’S & Concessionaire Agreements as well as build consummate expertise in Financial Agreements, Capital Raising and Liquidation Issues. Alok is also a proficient authority on dispute resolution & settlement through Arbitration or through Courts.

Apart from heading the Legal team at Francorp India Operations, Alok is also an avid bibliophile and a regular columnist in “The Sunday Statesman”, and has authored two books for Delhi University, one on Property Law and another on Carriage Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Tanushree provides complete Franchise legal solutions to Francorp clients and leads the IPR segment in Legal. She has exceptional analytical skills and an eye for detail, that add robustness to the legal solutions she offers. She holds Masters’ degree in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She also has two years of extensive experience in IP practice and two years in litigation. An expert in IP issues, Brand Licensing and Brand Management, Tanushree has a deep insight in handling client concerns proficiently. Besides, she is a prolific writer and has authored various articles on IP issues published in both National and International Journals.
